Once the quote is provided, a date and time will be scheduled. The client is responsible for decluttering the property before the cleaning appointment. Excessive clutter creates hinderance for effective cleaning. Our team will make every effort to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, but please note that deep cleaning may reveal pre-existing wear and tear that is beyond our control. The client is responsible for ensuring the property is accessible at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in a $50 no-show fee.
