Service Description
Elevate your home environment with our premier residential cleaning service. To ensure the highest quality of service tailored to your specific needs, we will conduct an initial consultation or walk-through. This allows us to accurately assess the scope of work and provide a detailed quotation. Upon your approval of the quotation, your preferred service date and time will be officially scheduled and confirmed. To secure your reservation, a $75 deposit is required at the time of scheduling. This initial deposit will be applied directly to the final cost of your services. We appreciate the opportunity to earn your business and look forward to delivering exceptional service!
Cancellation Policy
Deposit Policy All required deposits are non-refundable and are immediately applied as credit toward the total cost of the scheduled service. Rescheduling and Cancellation Clients must contact us to cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Failure to provide the minimum 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling Guidelines We understand that changes may be necessary. We kindly ask that clients make scheduling changes in a timely manner. While we strive to accommodate our clients, excessive rescheduling may, at our discretion, require the payment of a new deposit to secure a future appointment date.
